By enrolling in or accessing a trading course (the “Course”) or the signal service (the “Signal Service”) you acknowledge and agree to the following. This agreement is intended to protect both you and TraderRob, Inc. (the “Provider”) by clarifying the nature of the Course and the inherent risks of trading.

Educational content only. Information, materials, strategies, and discussions are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or personalized guidance. The Provider is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial professional, and does not provide financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

No guarantees. Trading involves a high degree of risk and is not suitable for all individuals. There is a substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Provider makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or profitability, and does not guarantee any specific outcome.

Risk acknowledgment. Trading can result in significant losses, potentially exceeding your initial investment. Trade only with money you can afford to lose. It is your responsibility to decide whether trading is appropriate. The Provider strongly recommends you consult a qualified independent advisor before trading.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider, its employees, affiliates, and instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Course or Signal Service materials, including trading losses. You agree to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from claims, losses, or expenses related to your participation or trading.

Your responsibilities. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you have read and agree to these terms, that you will not treat the Course or Signal Service as a substitute for professional advice, and that every trading decision is yours.

Acceptance. By enrolling or accessing the Course or Signal Service you electronically accept this disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not enroll or access it.

These Terms govern access to and use of the TraderRob, Inc. website (the “Site”), including courses, signal services, membership groups, digital products, content, and related services (the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, enrolling in, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Educational and informational only. All Services — strategies, signals, masterclass content, live discussions, videos, posts, and materials — are solely for education and information. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, personalized guidance, or an instruction to trade. TraderRob is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed professional. Do not rely on the Services to make trading or investment decisions.

High risk of trading. Trading futures, stocks, options, forex, cryptocurrencies, or any financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. You may lose some, all, or more than your initial capital. Past performance, examples, or hypothetical results are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and any losses.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). Use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for your account credentials.

Intellectual property. All content (text, videos, charts, strategies, signals, tools, materials) is owned by TraderRob or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, display, or resell content without prior written permission.

Payments and refunds. Fees for courses, memberships, bundles, or other paid Services are non-refundable unless a product states a limited refund window. Payments are processed by third parties. We may modify pricing or offerings at any time. Signal membership stays active through the end of the billing cycle you already paid; cancel anytime.

No guarantees. We make no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or results. No earnings or performance guarantees are made.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraderRob, its affiliates, instructors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including trading losses. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms.

Governing law. These Terms and the Course / Signal Service agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

TraderRob, Inc. does not sell your personal information.

We collect name, email, payment details (handled by third-party processors), username, and anything you volunteer. We also collect IP address, browser, device, pages visited, and usage data via cookies and analytics (including Google Analytics). Limited data may come from social sign-in or payment processors.

We use it to deliver the Services (course access, signals, notifications, payments), to communicate with you if you opt in, to improve the Site, and to comply with law.

We may share it with service providers (payments, email, hosting, analytics) and as required by law or to prevent fraud. Aggregated or anonymized data may be used for analytics.

You may access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. California residents have additional CCPA/CPRA rights; we do not sell data. The Site is hosted in the USA. Services are not directed to children under 13.
